This job is a member of the Project Management team within the Tech Ops Strategy, Process, and Analytics Division.
Responsible for assisting the Strategic Project Management team with coordination of Technical Operations strategic project efforts and reporting out the status of the projects, including accomplishment reporting, meeting documentation, project timeline updates, following up on action items and other responsibilities as needed.
What you'll do
Supports the Strategic Management PM team with small and large project efforts
Tracks and updates project accomplishment reports
Maintains and develops the SPM SharePoint site
Routes project changes for approvals
Updates project plans and status
Assists in facilitation of meetings for project management team; records and publishes project meeting notes
Captures, communicates and follow-ups on action items
Ad hoc management requests as needed
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
1 years job related experience
Experience with meeting coordination and facilitation
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Technical degree a plus
Smartsheet experience
Experience with exposure to any Technical Operations fields
Proven financial and planning skills; strong analytical skills highly desired
SharePoint workflow and minor configuration experience; Intermediate SharePoint permissions, form creating a plus
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Enhanced PowerPoint graphics skills
Strong SharePoint configuration experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
