Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales efforts through the execution of value-driven solution sales activities with existing and prospective clients. You will target potential leads and pursuits within the digital/payments arena, planning and selecting the most appropriate sales strategies to gain entry into clients in your assigned territory. By utilizing your business solutions and financial knowledge, executing competitive sales tactics, and delivering compelling presentations of Fiserv solutions, you will effectively persuade and frame client opportunities. Your expertise in deal crafting and positioning will also enable you to facilitate client decision-making and drive successful closures. What you will do:

  • Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv digital & payment solutions within a designated Credit Union segment or assigned accounts.

  • Develop strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new Fiserv clients, meeting sales targets.

  • Manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, assessing potential client needs, presenting Fiserv solutions, and expediting business closures.

  • Independently develop selling strategies for assigned accounts, regularly interfacing with executive levels to leverage existing contacts and expand account coverage.

  • Secure funding for future customer initiatives by linking Fiserv solutions to client's business issues, gaining credibility at the executive level.

  • Recommend value-add solutions through unsolicited proposals, creating customer demand and assisting in identifying and measuring the impact of proposed improvements.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

  • 10-15 years of solution sales experience in Financial Services and Payments.

  • Experience in selling complex solutions into large financial institutions.

  • Thorough understanding of the sales process, from business need development to qualifying target clients and effectively positioning products.

  • Proficiency in incorporating industry trends and client challenges into sales presentations.

  • Strong ability to sell business value and ROI to clients.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Ability to assess client's business needs and apply business impact model methodology to justify Fiserv's solution.

  • In-depth knowledge of Fiserv's solutions, as well as the financial metrics of clients, in implementing selling strategies.

  • Capacity to articulate Fiserv's value in the context of emerging market trends and how they impact the client.

  • Strong ability to establish rapport based on professionalism and active listening skills.
