Job Skills / Requirements
United Protective Services is looking for a Security Director for the day shift at a high-rise office building. The Security Director position contributes to United Protective Services' success by ensuring company employees have the tools, resources, and protocols to exceed client expectations.
Pay:
$22.00
As a Security Director, you will:
Focus attention on issues that directly impact branch and/or division profitability, customer satisfaction, and contract adherence.
Build strong relationships with client and employees as we are in the "People Business"
Respond promptly to client and employee-related issues and able to quickly problem-solve.
Be able to make security program recommendations to client and employees.
Minimize turnover and control overtime in the branch.
Routinely inspect Security Security Officers by reviewing reports, provide training/guidance, and make sure United Protective policies/procedures/directives are in compliance at all times.
Review Incident Reports, security breaches, accidents, and disciplinary matters.
Review and revise methods of operation and procedures that will enhance Client Satisfaction/Customer Service.
