Master’s degree in tax accounting is required. 5+ years’ relevant hands-on ASC 740 experience is required; public company experience strongly preferred. OTP software experience required with a strong working knowledge of customization and maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles. Advanced understanding of various internal financial systems used to obtain information necessary to prepare tax calculations. Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements. Working knowledge of tax department best practices. Ability to work independently with little supervision while communicating with the tax team as well as external stakeholders. Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
