Description:

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, Batch Records and procedures to correctly fill/package finished goods.

• Comply with policies, guidelines, gowning protocols and regulatory requirements of the Greenfield Global Quality System

• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager

• Complete applicable line clearance, compliance and timely completion of training records and execute right first-time batch records with GDP/GMP compliance top of mind.

• Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning protocols of class 10,000 clean room and anti-room

• Filling from batches to packaging i.e. bottles, pails, cubes, drums and totes

• Assist in product/process development and validation in the clean room environment.

• Work in process (WIP)

o Label and seal packaging

o Torque all WIP packaging

• Label finished pallets with pallet ID tags

• Daily scale calibrations

• Assist in monitoring safety practices and quality compliance of all employees

• Cross train and or support other work venues as needed

• Participate in any Lean or process improvement initiatives

• Observe the process and initiate/ own activities to improve the process

• Follows hazardous waste procedures, places waste in labelled satellite accumulation containers, keeps containers closed unless adding to them, notifies supervision when containers are full or if there are any issues including but not limited to a spill or release.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Bending, lifting, climbing

• Chemical Industry experience a plus

Experience Level:

1+ year of manufacturing/production related experience
