Sigmund Software Lead Dev Support in Danbury, Connecticut

Duties: Leads the Development Support team on fixing bugs, troubleshooting any applicable issues (40% of time); Configure servers and application deployment for QA, UAT, and Production environments including APIs, Imaging, and Messaging App in SaaS and On-Premises environments (20% of time); Suggest and implement solutions to issues in a production environment (10% of time); Maintain disaster recovery environment (5% of time); Administrate database services (5% of time); Propose designs that involve developer and QA collaboration (5% of time); Develop solutions that further QA and UAT testing before it is implemented in the production environment (5% of time); Responsible for writing in-depth developer analysis, test plans, and designing solutions (5% of time); Responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of a custom-tailored chat app (5% of time). Position allows for 100% remote work. Position requires up to 10% domestic travel for team events. *
