Job Description Summary
As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing software deployment and service implementation projects for our High Acuity Care products. The Project Manager works with customers and GE Healthcare employees to plan and execute the projects assigned to him/her within budget and on time.
Project Manager, High Acuity Care will be responsible for Project and Service delivery of High Acuity Anesthesia and Intensive Care products.
You are leading project communication, implementation and service delivery mainly in Sweden. You will be part of a strong Healthcare High Acuity team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Overall project planning, monitoring and control of all project resources
Acting as Program Manager in selected projects (leading sub-project managers on customer side and GE Healthcare)
Service delivery design and management
Responsibility for resilient revenue planning (forecast)
Synchronization of internal and external expectations for specific projects and service delivery
Project and service delivery reporting to internal and external stakeholder
Change Management: Coordination of the transition phase with the goal of sustainable change
Risk management including control measures
Main contact person also in case of conflicts throughout all account life-cycle phases
Project acceptance planning and implementation including definition of test scenarios
Procurement management: coordination of deliveries
Elaboration of the professional and technical documentation
Work directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow
Close collaboration with other functions such as sales, application specialists and technical experts
Close collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
Demonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environments
Understanding of clinical workflow in ICU’s and OR’s
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to develop effective working relationship with the client and team members
Problem resolution and creativity in solution development
Strong customer focus
Native language - Swedish
Fluent in English.
Valid driving license.
Working mainly remotely, on site presence project dependent up to 30%
Desirable skills
Relevant experience in Project Management or project leadership role
Relevant experience in service delivery
Strong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.
Experience working in the Healthcare IT industry and with knowledge of Hospital IT Systems.
Excellent analytical skills.
