Responsibilities
Provides direct leadership of specific areas within the Plant Supply Chain Operations.
Operations includes receiving, preparation of raw materials, conversion of raw materials, fill and close seaming processes, thermal retort processes, labeling, and shipping product.
Responsible for leading a team on shift to deliver on the key measures of safety, quality, productivity, and service; including coaching and developing the team through effective leadership and communication principles. analyzing opportunities and collaborating with the plant team to achieve short- and long-range objectives.
