Darum geht es im Kern:

Als Facility Manager (m/w/d) entwickelst und wartest du die technische Infrastruktur und Gebäudeausrüstung unserer Batterie-Fertigung, unseres Produktionslagers und unseres Verwaltungsgebäudes am Standort Darmstadt.

Im einzelnen bedeutet das:

• du führst ein dreiköpfiges Team (fachlich und disziplinarisch)

• du planst, vergibst und steuerst Gewerke für Instandsetzungs-, Umbau-, Modernisierungs- und Neubaumaßnahmen

• du erstellst und sicherst die Abarbeitung und Dokumentation von Wartungsplänen ab

• du verantwortest die Gebäudesicherheit

• außerdem trägst du wesentlich zur Arbeitssicherheit und zur Einhaltung anderer, einschlägiger Rechtsvorschriften bei

Das bringst du mit

• ein Kämpferherz und Leidenschaft für deinen Beruf

• eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung

• mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Technische/-r Facility Manager:in oder Technische/-r Objektleiterin in der Industrie

• Fachkenntnisse im Kontext TGA, SHK und Energie- und Umwelttechnik

• Kenntnis einschlägiger ISO-Normen

• fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
