Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the advertising industry based in Davie, Florida. The role primarily involves managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer queries. It also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
• Handle confidential customer information such as bank details with utmost confidentiality.
• Utilize in-house software for various tasks such as reindexing and assigning new box numbers to storage boxes (training will be provided).
• Digitize end of year 1099 forms from the bank and enter information into the system.
• Manage the scanning and saving of files, and organize them in the shared drive.
• Ensure the regular restocking of the copy station and the conference room fridge.
• Dispose of garbage as needed and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
• Handle tasks related to invoice processing, account reconciliation, and data entry, using software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Exhibit high organizational skills in managing records and dealing with confidential documents. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Billing procedures
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle database
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Familiarity with SAP
• Ability to maintain Confidentiality in all financial matters.
