Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (but will pay more based on experience)

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
General knowledge of Job Costing
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong work ethic
Willingness to assist all departments on special projects as needed
Accounts Payable Experience
Any combination of experience, training, or education to perform the job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Process project-related invoices
Enter Subcontracts and Large Purchase Orders
Ensure Purchase Order/Subcontract documentation compliance
Process and reconcile retainage requests
Compile weekly Open Payable Report
Check Runs
Sales Tax
Maintain and create spreadsheets
Provide general administrative support for departments
