This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Dayton, Ohio metro area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.
NOTE: This is a 3rd shift position
Responsibilities:
Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements - Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
IT support ticketing system experience desired
Familiarity with basic networking concepts
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
2+ years of prior experience
