Job Number: R0193890 Help Desk Specialist Key Role: Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies specific functional and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of junior employees. Basic Qualifications: Experience with user account creation, user password resets, and active directory group policies Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, System certificate creation Ability to work in a collaborative environment fielding user question and help requests TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED CompTIA Security+ Certification Additional Qualifications: Experience with VMware Knowledge of basic networking concepts Ability to rapidly move between tasks Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
