Responsibilities As the Project Coordinator Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your leadership and expertise will guide a team of project coordinators, enabling them to support our Project Managers effectively. In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include: Guide, instruct, and lead a team of project coordinators, ensuring they perform similar functions and duties to project managers. Establish and enhance team technical competence, quality, and efficiency. Supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily, fostering a goal-oriented work environment. Cultivate an inspiring and trusting team culture through open communication and supportive leadership. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking for multiple projects simultaneously. Provide administrative support, including formatting and reproducing various project-related documents (correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, contract documents, specifications, reports, etc.). Maintain project documentation and assist with funding requests and permitting processes. Review and validate sub-consultant invoicing and manage contracts. Act as a liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project life cycle. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architectural, engineering or geospatial professional services. Proven experience in project coordination or related roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in project management software. Financial acumen and budget management skills. Leadership experience and a passion for developing team members.
