Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an IT Testing Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) is a multi-disciplined team of government and contactor personnel, tasked to manage and perform the configuration, fielding, training, organization change management (OCM) and sustainment of the USAF's Enterprise PLM Business Tool, AF-PLM. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide Validation and Verification support services in accordance with the program's Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PO agile practices. Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. Provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services for effective management, in compliance with AF SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance. V&V includes all manner of testing including test and evaluation, demonstration, and certification activities. Provide test planning support services for AF-PLM Capability Support Office activities in compliance with DoD, AF, AFLCMC and PEO BES test instructions, policies, and procedures. Support requirements include but are not limited to: Prepare test plans and procedures Prepare and review test analyses Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation Monitor test events Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center (JITC)) Support training required to execute test activities Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations. Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability Review and analyze engineering performance predictions Review and analyze trade-off studies Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
