We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – SCM Reporting who has techno-functional skills in the automotive supply chain and will bring exceptional collaboration skills and familiar with Agile processes for business value delivery. You should have experience with SaaS implementations for supply chain software and machine learning. Your focus will be to design and be hands-on to develop specifications/reports/products that reflect the customer’s needs aligning with technical and business requirements.

You will work in an end-to-end Product Management Delivery model with customer-focused product owners, product designers, data engineers, and software developers to develop and deliver next-gen analytics innovation in Supply Chain Management

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Function as a Business Systems Analyst in the design, creation, and implementation of IT reporting solutions to meet business and infrastructure needs (based on functional/nonfunctional requirements).

  • Responsible for end-to-end design and development of Qlik, PowerBI, or related reporting applications and dashboards including mockups.

  • Analyze, design, and define new or re-engineered business processes to propose powerful analytics solutions to enable informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional stakeholders for the implementation of large-scale SC operational dashboards and solutions.

  • Deliver valuable intelligence to the end-user with the least clicks to enable better decision-making.

  • Deliver automation and visualization consistent with Ford processes and standards.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the SCM reporting system along with development and maintenance.

  • Maintain backlogs and participate in sprint planning and other product management agile ceremonies.

  • Work independently with business users, document the business requirements and pain points, and convert them into powerful analytics solutions.

  • Responsible for unit and integration testing, and provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments.

  • Ensure quality data creation, presentation, and data flow across systems.

  • Clear documentation of work deliverables requirements, design, and mappings, etc;

  • Explore machine learning and Artificial intelligence opportunities.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into the BI data layer design to provide meaningful business insights based on BI best practices.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7+ years of progressive experience with creating IT solutions to solve business problems.

  • 3+ years of report development experience in Qlik/PowerBI or related tool

  • 1+ years of Implementing Machine learning and Artificial intelligence

  • 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management solution

  • 1+ years of Digital Twin design and delivery

  • Prior experience utilizing SQL performing data analysis and consuming data models

Our preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Arts, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, using Python and related technologies.

  • Proposing BI solution architecture and articulating best practices in end-user visualizations.

  • Knowledge of forecast, and demand methodologies

  • Experience with Graph-based DB implementations

  • Experience with data analysis and data modeling is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.

  • Experience with Google cloud-based platforms is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Excel and pivot tables to perform analysis on large datasets.

  • Good team player and encourages team learning opportunities like Design Thinking

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where problems are not always well-defined.
