Innovative Staff Solutions is offering Circuit Board Assembly, testing, and machine operation positions in Decatur, Illinois. Position Details:

  • Assembling, testing, and handling of circuit boards for electronics.
  • Operating a machine that inserts and prints components on circuit boards.
  • 1st Shift : 7:00am-4:00pm
  • Monday Friday, Saturday as needed.
  • There is potential to work overtime as well.
  • These positions are entry-level and require no prior manufacturing experience.
  • Steady income with full-time hours guaranteed.
  • This is a clean, quiet, and climate-controlled environment.
  • Steel-toed shoes are not required.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • Must have 6 months of continuous work history within the past 9 months.
