Job Description
One of our Fortune 100 clients in the Automotive Industry is looking for their next Business Analyst to join their team. This BA will be fitting for any recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of work experience - the goal is for someone to truly engrain themselves in this client's culture/business in order to grow and learn their processes, long term. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who is curious and has good logical skills in addition to strong written and verbal communication. This role can pay between 40-45 hourly depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or IT related field (plus would be Industrial Engineering degree)
Internship/strong extracurricular activities throughout school (clubs, awards etc.) or 6 months-1 year of work experience
Knowledge of troubleshooting or process improvement tactics
Excellent communication/collaboration skills with the desire to learn and grow within a large organization Any exposure to Data / Data Science or reporting null
