Details/ Responsibilities
• Access/Identity Management within Azure AD (currently doesn’t have SSO within the environment and managing profiles for multiple applications)
• User Onboarding/Offboarding through Azure AD
• Role based provisioning/access through Azure AD (this is part of the roadmap that needs to be established)
• Monitoring/Auditing of the environment, roadmap still getting established
Upgrade/Software Patch Management (working on integrating tool)
• Microsoft Suite/OS – build standard OS Images for desktops/laptops/servers
• Infrastructure (BIOS Patching)
• MS Intune Management
• CMMS/TBD
• FMS/TBD
Application Support
• Responsible for all application support troubleshooting and break/fix as it relates to:
o Adobe Suite
o GoDaddy/WordPress/Bluehost/Intranet/MailChimp
o Windows Operating System
o Aspen Tech Hysys
o Zoom
Infrastructure/Network Support
• Desktop/Laptop/Workstation
• Server Physical/Virtual operational support, first server is being orders that has the capacity to run 6 or 7 virtual servers
• Print Infrastructure
• Network Switches/Routers/Firewall operational support
Cisco Cisco L9200 L2 48 Port Switch (POE)
Cisco Meraki MR 36 Wireless Access Point
Sonicwall NSA2450 Firewall
• NetSuite knowledge is a nice to have
• Microsoft 365/Exchange support, break/fix and provisioning of accounts for the 60 current users (next year there will be around 150 users)
• Working within SharePoint online, folder creation, auditing of SharePoint, supporting Break/Fix issues
• Microsoft Azure administration, reporting, provisioning and break/fix support
• They are cloud based right now with 2 on prem systems getting implemented over the next few months
