Breakdown Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process road calls during business hours
• Assist in coverage of road calls afterhours
• Coordinate PMs/repairs with frequently used outside vendors (dedicated operations)
• Invoice data entry
• Approve and complete outside POs
• Set up repairs and PMs OTR as directed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective time management skills
• Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing fast-paced work environment
• Driver Service

Special Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred but not required

• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
