Midwest Community Federal Credit Union is hiring and looking for you! We're hiring Float Member Service Representatives to help put our members on a path to healthy finances. We're seeking candidates who are punctual, honest, friendly, and have outstanding communication skills. Starting pay is $17.61 an hour $19.81 an hour after 180 days of service $22.01 an hour after 1 year of service

Position Overview:

Float Member Service Representatives may have days scheduled at any location (Defiance, Bryan, Napoleon). Computer literacy is required, and cash handling or banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Process member transactions.
  • Perform end of day procedures.
  • Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR)
  • Balance ATMs and replenish cash.
  • Open and close member accounts.
  • Process check holds according to check cashing policy.
  • Process credit card cash advances.
  • Debit card applications and file maintenance.
  • Issue money orders, cashiers checks and other products.
  • Effectively research and resolve member account issues.
  • Initiate ACH and Wire transactions.
  • Promptly and professionally greet, answer and service member requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to occasionally lift 60 pounds.
  • May need to stand for long periods of time.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed
