RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Ability to assemble parts for heaters and thermocouples to ensure high quality and precision.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to reach production goals and targets.
- Ability to identify, monitor and remove faulty products.
- Operate and maintain machinery regularly.
- Follow production guidelines, regulations, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ensure all safety and environmental requirements.
- Ability to cross-train in other areas as required to enhance overall team flexibility and productivity.
- All responsibilities and duties must be performed with safety and efficiency, should meet customers requirements such as: Quality and on-time delivery.
- ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IMS policy and objectives.
- Work Programs knowledge and practice: Think Green, 3R, Zero Accidents.
- Environmental Impacts per Area, management of waste generated in the area.
- Emergency Evacuation Plan knowledge and practice.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Ability to regularly stand, sit or walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to understand general manufacturing machinery operation (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read and write in English to be able to analyze and interpret documents.
