Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the electrical cabling installation of all machinery, which may include single pieces of equipment or complete sorting systems. Our systems consist of conveyors, screens, balers, robots, and optical sorters. The role involves hands-on experiential learning with opportunities to travel to different sites and work alongside veteran technicians. The candidate will also maintain contact with customers regarding installations.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical cabling installation for machinery and complete sorting systems.
Install and maintain conveyors, screens, balers, robots, and optical sorters.
Travel to various sites to assist with installations and receive hands-on training.
Work alongside experienced technicians to learn and perform installation tasks.
Maintain communication with customers regarding installation progress and requirements.
Work flexible hours depending on project needs, with start times ranging from 5am to 8am and 10 to 12 hour days being the norm.
Essential Skills
Experience routing cabling to equipment termination points.
Experience working with motors, cable trays, and Ethernet.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Strong work ethic and willingness to work diligently in an unsupervised setting.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Solid verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance techniques.
Experience with electrical wiring, cable termination, and schematic reading.
Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to work 60+ hour weeks when needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
