Ohio State Job Bank Training Specialist in Delaware, Ohio

As a Training Specialist, you will help develop and deliver training programs for employees. You will support the learning and development needs of the organization by facilitating training sessions, creating instructional materials, and tracking employee progress. Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of training programs for new hires and existing employees. Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture. Help create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers. Track and document employee participation and progress in training programs. Gather feedback from trainees and suggest improvements to enhance learning experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training. Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of training methods and instructional design principles. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different learning styles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. Relevant experience in coaching, or a related field.
