Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited Law School.
Duties Description • Assist in the review and analysis of evidence and related law to determine whether there is a preponderance of relevant evidence to support a substantiated finding of abuse or neglect.• Assist in the review and revision of internal documents involving the Justice Center statute.• Format, draft and proofread legal documents.• Conduct legal research and draft memos on policy issues impacting Case Closure operations as well as the agency overall.• Must be able to set own priorities and manage all deadlines in accordance with required timeframes.• Participate in various meetings and work groups representing Case Closure position and interests. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times (will receive confidentiality training as part of internship).• Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Comments Number of Hours: 20 – 30 up to full time during breaks.
