Job Title: Warehouse IV (Reach Truck Operator)

Summary: A Warehouse IV Associate operates a reach truck daily or as needed when directed by a supervisor. The Warehouse IV is a forklift/reach truck operator that will receive customer product and place it in the correct area of the warehouse, load and unload orders, stage orders, and pick customer orders timely and accurately to meet customer demands. The Warehouse IV Associate could also be classified as an individual working on the Cross Dock that is responsible for checking orders prior to shipping and counting pallets prior to receiving. This role will operate a forklift/reach truck in a safe and orderly manner, pull and pick orders to complete daily workload, and validate and ensure accuracy of all orders picked and staged for distribution.
Ensure success as a Warehouse IV Associate, responsibility to participate in physical inventories, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, re-packing, re-branding of products, and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area keeping aisles clean and debris picked up within the facility. Conduct daily forklift inspections and follow all food and safety guidelines. Company with all Standard Operating Procedures, maintain excellent attendance, and work effectively in a team environment. Held accountable to comply with all defined business process and all the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by the company. High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years experience in a warehouse
Forklift certification and 1+ years' experience
Reach truck certification Uses a reach truck daily or as needed when directed by supervisor
Experience operating RF Scanners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
Willingness to work overtime as required Physical Requirements:
Stand for 8-10 hours per day
Ability to lift 50 lbs., if required
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Proficient operating a forklift, if required
Capable of standing, walking, bending, pushing, reaching, and completing repetitive motions for extended periods of time
