Job Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations. Efficiently handle and process sales orders, contracts, and customer inquiries, including collecting payments when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders for easy access and reference. Collaborate in organizing impactful meetings and reports with both the Operations and Sales teams to bolster the efforts of the sales team. Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales activities. Foster close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient completion of sales-related tasks. Handle incoming calls and efficiently transfer them to designated queues. Provide backup coverage for the reception area during scheduled breaks, absences, or high-volume periods. Execute general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents to ensure organizational efficiency. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness with computers. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for sales orders and billing inquiries, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Possess two or more years of experience in sales order entry, billing, and customer service roles. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to assess situations effectively. Administrative experience in the construction industry, working with contractors. Why DH Pace?
