Join our Operations Team!
Our assembly team is comprised of mechanical and skilled electrical assemblers. Working closely with the fabrication team to deliver custom large-scale products, meeting detailed deadlines.
As an Assembly Supervisor you will:
• Have experience reviewing production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations
• Have experience
• Have experience developing and leading a team of 50+ skilled individuals; owning the training, corrective action, and advocacy of the team
• Have experience inspecting equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. Setting up work cells for maximum efficiency and initiates any necessary changes in work cells to accommodate fluctuations in staff quantities
• Have experience reviewing production and operating reports and resolving operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
A successful candidate for this role will:
• Have an associate's degree or a technical certification in a related field (certified electrician is a plus)
• Have 5 years of related experience
• Have experience working in an electromechanical industry
