Within our corporate Supply Chain team located in Denver Leprino is seeking an Supply Chain Analyst. Will you turn your passion for supply chain into impact by directly contributing to a worlds best performance in customer service, supply chain, and warehouse management?

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $62,000 and $80,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

  • Provide direction to storage partners on inbound and outbound orders.

  • Ensure shipping and receiving standards are met.

  • Manage paperwork flow from assigned facilities, including bills of lading and receivers.

  • Resolve and improve EDI transmissions to and from our facilities.

  • Provide feedback to management on storage-related service and profitability.

  • Verify and approve invoices and claims for accuracy.

  • Compare and reconcile product and pallet inventory records weekly.

  • Maintain targeted inventory levels at storage facilities.

  • Resolve damages, overages, or shortages promptly.

  • Monitor shelf life risks and develop strategies to prevent obsolescence.

  • Communicate actively with all parties involved in customer order fulfillment.

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer service impacts.

  • Review and resolve planned orders and inter-company transfers daily.

  • Monitor in-transit deployments for potential delays.

  • Prepare customer orders for 3PL execution and resolve exceptions.

    You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of college-level coursework in business, or 1 3 years of related business experience.

  • Experience with inventory management or production planning.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

    We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • APICS CPIM certification.

  • SAP experience.
