- Manage Radiotherapyinstallation projects from project initiation,
project planning, project implementation, project controlling and
monitoring through project closing
- Ensure project(s) are delivered on schedule and within budget, while
satisfying agreed-upon requirements and specifications within the
scope of the project
- Manage the production of project estimates, develop project plans
and schedule, establish measures and milestones, track ongoing
progress, proactively managing risks, issues, scope through the
project life-cycle, report project status and revenue projections on
regular basis, addresses project issues, when they arise e.g. to
project sponsors and project stakeholders
- Apply formal company-approved project management methodology to
accomplish the goals of the project
- Provide mentoring and training to regional support team members
- Coordinate work with other project teams - Coordinate assigned
project team members, ensure timely activity, integrate and use time
and resources efficiently to meet requirements
- Ensure project work is compliant with regulations of ISO 13485,
93/42/EEC, FDA 21 CFR 820, 510 (k) submission guidelines, Health
Canada, Shonin (if applicable)
- Salary range 80-100k

Qualifications
- Degree in science, medicine, business or engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience within the medical
device/Radiotherapyindustry
- Must be able to work effectively with sales people, R&D, engineers,
technical specialists, contractors, architects and customers to
achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple
assignments simultaneously and effectively
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal,
presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to
meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work
independently
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology
preferred
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to
make independent decisions
- Knowledge of Radiotherapymarket, customers and most current research
and development areas
- Strong business acumen
- Personal confidence, professional maturity and flexibility to meet
the ever-changing challenges of our fast-paced business
- Familiarity or experience working within an FDA-regulated industry a
plus
- Travel 75%+
