    Job Description Highlights:

    Reports To: Fitness Manager

    Location: Denver, CO

    Compensation: $18 - $19 Hourly

    Role Scope and Requirements:

    The Child Care Attendant is responsible for the daily coaching operations Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 10:45am and Saturday from 8:15am - 10:30am. They will assist in whatever duties he/she decides best meets the sales and operational goals of the program. This position will maintain a high level of coaching and supervising in all scheduled programs. This position will be a contact person for all parents and staff on the field where the Fitness Manager is not present.

  • Take primary responsibility to maintain the day-to-day field operations in such a manner that the customers, their families, and guests enjoy a safe and fun environment. This includes:

  • Take care of children while their parents exercise and partake in fitness classes, including changing and feeding.

  • Perform other duties required of management staff such as helping with events such as Open Houses, Kids Fest, Member Appreciation Parties and Crossfit Competitions

  • Cover and support in other areas where needed

    Knowledge and Experience: 

  • All staff are responsible for their own clocking in/out

  • Evening & Weekend availability

  • Must be flexible with possible last minute schedule changes

  • All staff must pass a background check

  • Up-to-date CPR, AED & First Aid Certificates*

  • Up-to-date Standard Precautions Certificate*

  • Experience working youth camps, after school programs, coaching, or related field

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
