We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks
that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.
Compensation range $23-24/hr based upon experience.
Following Duties Include:
Take care of customer's needs
Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer issues
Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires
Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed
Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up
new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help
Manage customer's accounts
Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed)
Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary
Tracking of data in Teams
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years CSR experience
Associates Degree a plus but not required
Ability to organize multiple projects
Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required
