Minimum Qualifications Successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2024. Enrolled or recently graduating student attending a college or university. Able to start working full-time on or before September of 2025. Minimum of a B.S. degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs. Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction. Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for Blue's Mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
