Support to help back our team. You will be a great representation of our
company by communicating with our residential and commercial customers, as
well as supporting all admins.
This position requires excellent computer skills with the ability to
multi-task in a fun fast-paced working environment. If that is you, we need

Job Responsibilities:
Lien Waivers: Researching payments, verifying correct form language,
getting signatures, getting notarized, then returning to the customer promptly
OMs (Owners Manuals): Upon completion of the sales project, put
together the equipment manuals together create a customer Project Specific
Owners Manual, which includes typing the warranty form, getting
signatures, getting notarized (when applicable), then emailing them to
the customer promptly
Credit Application: Obtain and submit credit applications for credit
approval. Updating customer information with special requirements
Tax Certifications: Verifying tax exemptions, updating customer accounts
and uploading documents
Data Entry: Of all aspects
Answering Calls: Call/transfer and create service tickets or leads
Front Desk Coverage: Be the face of DH Pace Denver, handling calls, mail
sorting, and walk-in customers reaching out to the appropriate departments.
Vendor Forms: Back up to upload new customer vendor forms to
prequalification review
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Computer proficient
