Implementation (MI) team - a rapidly growing capability for our firm.

What You'll Do
You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the
strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver
bottom line results and ensure those results are sustained.
Our work is about coaching others to achieve success in implementing new
approaches and delivering lasting outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to
manage projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking
metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report
back to client and internal leadership. Additionally, you'll develop
practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on implications
of analysis; identifying implementation challenges.
You will act as an expert in capital strategy and portfolio optimization,
project development and value improvement, as well as project delivery and
construction processes in capital-intensive industries to help clients improve
returns and program performance across the entire portfolio with a
rigorous, holistic methodology enabled by digital and agile techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree
6+ years of hands-on experience in a high-performance capital projects
environment, specifically demonstrating leadership skills in performance
improvement & change management
Significant experience working on mega capital excellence construction
projects, project management experience is preferred
Field-based experience working on projects in one or more of the following
industries: oil and gas, mining, energy, chemicals
In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement programs, i.e., Lean/Six
Sigma is desirable
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
Strong interest and passion for coaching or mentoring clients
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular
activities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
with people at all levels of an organization
Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in
English and local office language(s)
Willingness to travel up to 80%

For new joiners for this role in the United States, including all office
locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range
is $192,000 - $192,000 -to help you understand what you can expect.
This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting,
ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office
location, your unique blend of experience and skills, and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain
roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
