Purpose:
You will provide process engineering services to Worley and its customers,
perform process engineering tasks with oversight from a Lead Process
Engineer, and provide mentorship to junior process engineering team members.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert process engineering services that meet Worley's standards and
regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process equipment design, develop process simulation models,
size equipment and flare and relief systems.
Prepare comprehensive reports and design documents for project deliverables,
participate in meetings.
Proactively address discrepancies between Worley and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical oversight and
solutions as needed.
Mentor junior engineers and assign tasks to ensure project success.
Develop, and check process engineering deliverables including:
Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material Balances (HMBs),
and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Conduct calculations for line sizing and equipment specifications.
Conduct Pressure Safety Valves (PSV) overpressure analysis and sizing
following applicable client standards and API 520 Parts I/II and API 521.
Participate in hazard reviews and project design reviews.
Stay updated with industry innovations and advancements in process
engineering.
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
Proven intermediate process engineering experience in the oil refining,
pipeline, natural gas, new energy, and/or chemical industries.
Competent use of process engineering software, specific or equivalent to:
AspenTech products (HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, etc.), Honeywell
Unisim products, OLGA, PIPESIM, BRE ProMax, hydraulic modeling
software, and Ip
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong technical and practical engineering skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
Salary: $101,901/annually to $149,854/annually

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ABET accredited university or
college in Chemical Engineering.
Preferred:
Professional Engineer (PE) status preferred.
