Residential Job Checker. The position is ideal for individuals who are
mechanically inclined, have a good work ethic, and strong customer service
skills wanting to get started with a growing company where there are many
opportunities for growth.
Pay range for this position:From $21.00+ an hour based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Enter orders
Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment time
Develop and cultivate new relationships with builders
Interact with new construction builders and strive to accommodate their
demands
Check for parts numbers and descriptions of parts, descriptions of work
completed, customers signatures and date, and check to see if jobs are
completed or if it is a continuing ticket and a technician needs to return to
the jobsite.
Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory
pulling and manage WIP inventory and returns from job site to minimize
inventory investment.
Oversee operational activities, to include, but not limited to:
establish and enforce customer service standards and expectations, realize
profitability on jobs performed, and follow through on all administrative
tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal skills
Mechanical aptitude
Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of
customers
References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic,
are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be
successful
Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to
multi-task
Valid Drivers License required.
