Manager, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions),
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Denver, CO. Help private companies with a
range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and
planning to help improve their operational efficiency. Examine accounting
records and documents. Liaise with client personnel to gain a complete
understanding of the client's organization. Review and understand the
organization's internal controls. Perform analysis on significant estimates
or assumptions that client management relied on when they prepared the
financial reports, specifically focusing on client's wealth management,
compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit
strategies. Demonstrate thorough technical skills regarding applicable
accounting and reporting standards in researching, completing, and
reviewing audit areas. Establish and maintain client relationships and
professional networks. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $130,500/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting,
Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of
post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign
equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field,
plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: US CPA license or foreign equivalent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Planning, execution, reporting on audits of financial statements to
identify areas of risk and improvement;
Applying U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, PCAOB, IFRS procedures and
standards in audit engagements;
Performing technical accounting analysis for significant and complex
transactions;
Reviewing audits; and
Advising clients on technical accounting and general business issues.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local
office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to
60% required.
