This position is classified as exempt.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting site assessments,
Oversee the maintenance of treatment systems and provide recommendations on
how to improve operational uptime.
Oversee the management of investigation derived waste, sampling of
groundwater, soil, sediment and surface water, hydrogeologic analysis,
and contaminant fate-and-transport analysis
Candidate will be responsible for working with multiple clients and
contractors in both the commercial and government sector
Oversee well drilling and operations and monitoring well installations, log
soil borings, collect field samples, prepare data quality reports, and
communicate with field personnel to achieve field mobilization goals
Prepare reports including but not limited to UFP-QAPPs, PMPs, QCPs,
AAP/SSHPs, Remedial Investigation Reports, Long Term Monitoring Reports
and Remedial Action Operation Reports
Qualifications
Travel may be required up to 25%
2 - 5 years of experience preferably in environmental restoration field
Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET Accredited school
Must have Engineer-in-Training Certificate
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Candidates having a Professional Engineer (PE) License or the ability to
obtain one within 12 months are strongly preferred
40-hr HAZWOPER trained with updated 8-hr annual refreshers preferred.
Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Other certifications/licenses are a plus.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good problem solving skills and able to work well independently
Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access)
GIS/GPS experience is a plus
PFAS investigation experience a plus
May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification
of education requirements
Physical Requirements

environment.
If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may
require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites.
Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and
over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may
be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop,
kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The
employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
