POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle. They are responsible for creating a detailed project plan, defining objectives, milestones, and resource requirements. They need to identifypotentialrisks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. While the Project Manager should possess a solid understanding of the technology involved to effectively communicate with the technical teams and the clients. Effectively communicating progress updates via KPIs and milestone achievements is essential. The PM is the main point of contact for our customers and is the key communicator of the client’s voice internally at TractEasy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate, drive and successfully deliver Tracteasy driverless vehicles deployment projects by way of quick decisions with a Bias for action.

  • Guarantee the highest possible level of safety by following EasyMile’s internal processes to manage risks at each step of the project.

  • Contribute to the functional requirements of our mobility solution, vehicle safety, and service level improvements

  • Manage onsite deployment projects by coordinating with our Field Service, Product, and R&D teams.

  • Oversee vehicle logistics domestically and internationally.

  • Set project governance, manage risks and variations in project scope and secure changes orders from customer as appropriate, manage internal and external stakeholders

  • Oversee project financials; invoicing and payment collection (done by Admin)

  • PMs are accountable for achieving the project budget as accepted during the kick off meeting

  • Review Contract and ensure that contractual commitments are being met by TractEasy and its customers

  • Manage customers expectations from project definition through successful operations.

  • Ensure that TractEasy processes, methods and best practices are followed by our teams, customers and partners in order to ensure the highest level of safety

  • Visit project sites at Kickoff and Handover, and as needed in order to anticipate client needs with respect to our products, in order to drive customer satisfaction

  • Provide regular feedback to the product team on performance of EasyMile’s / TLD products and recommend improvements.

  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive project status reports

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the robotics solutions meet the required standards and deliver the expected performance

  • Continuously improve our project methodologies, best practices, and documentation

  • Manage the transition to a more scalable technology and vehicle deployment strategy

  • Assist in the development and implementation of our training program

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Engineering degree in IT, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics is preferred.

  • 2-3 years project management experience

  • Experience in Automated Material handling and/or automated logistic solutions preferred.

  • Service and client oriented, sense of initiative, objective driven.

  • Previous Project Management experience and ability to successfully deliver fixed priced projects with complex solutions.

  • Experience working in external client facing role

  • Experience working on a project from start to finish while completing project Objectives.

  • Ability to manage project costs to meet budgets

  • Scope and financial negotiation experience is desirable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone.

  • Experience with Project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and decentralized environment.

  • A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction.

  • Fluency in written and oral English.

  • Travel: 25-50% Domestic and international

  • Salary Range: $65k-$80k based on experience
