Sales Assistant TV & Radio
Denver, CO | Full Time
Summary
Responsible for assisting with sales of our television and radio stations.
Assists with day to day customer contracts, production orders and aids in
ensuring the completion of advertising spots.
Essential Functions
Sales order entry including order modifications, makegood schedules and
traffic instructions.
Assisting sales with customer support when they are out of office
Aids in maintaining a target account list for sales
Preparation and distribution of daily spot times reports to customers and
agencies.
Aids in the production of advertising spots and scripts and ensuring their
completion
Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
CRM experience is required.
1+ years in the broadcast industry or comparable experience.
Written and verbal Spanish proficiency required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Understanding of Nielsen Media Research information a plus
Prior experience in WideOrbit Traffic system a plus.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full Time position Monday through Friday. Actual hours and schedule
may vary.

Reports directly to SVP, Integrated Marketing Solutions
