Senior Business Analyst (Remote- Home Based)
Salary Range: $82,274.40-$113,037.60, depending on experience.

Overview
Responsible for measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in
conjunction with TBS operating plans and conducting financial modeling.
Visualization and data source creation supporting business partners and the
analytical team. Support strategic and financial planning methods, build
long-range operating plans to support TBS business objectives. Primarily
utilizing tableau or similar analytical tools. Optimizing business practices
and operations through the development and understanding of meaningful
analysis
Handling several internal analytical projects simultaneously. Works on the
creation of data sources and visualizations that require a review of various
factors.
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires
evaluation of identifiable factors. Devise solutions based on limited
information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues.
Use evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action.

Qualifications
BA Degree or equivalent.
A minimum of five years of experience in the following areas with an emphasis
in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau Desktop and/or Prep to
generate business analytics tools and reports for business analysis purposes.
Must have expertise in using business intelligence tools to create and
maintain dashboards and reports, identify trends and facilitating
data-driven decision-making with demonstrated ability to understand business
nuances, and challenges related to financial analysis within an
organization's operational context.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Proficiency in financial and business
management reporting, including the ability to analyze complex financial
data and generate meaningful insights for decision-makers.
Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret
trends, identify patterns, and draw valuable conclusions from extensive
dataset
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, mitigating risks, defining scope, ensuring timely
delivery and maintaining high-quality standards in reporting and analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with proficient Excel Skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
