Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Admin to manage our full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including local parts sales and service invoicing.
This role involves local system administrative tasks, such as employee and asset data entry, and overseeing receiving activities by efficiently storing and stocking materials.
The successful candidate will coordinate badging system processes and audits, maintain department supplies and materials, and support leadership with monthly reporting and customer account follow-ups.

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.
Work Environment
The position is based in a Maintenance Shop with about 25 employees, with up to 10 working concurrently.
