Description
The basic function of the Service Lead Technician is to complete repairs to
the specification of manufacturers and customers satisfaction. This position
will inspect roofs for damage and investigate roof leaks. Service Lead
Technicians diagnose the source of the leak and repair the roof in accordance
with manufacturer specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified
Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
Perform repairs in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Ensures all work is completed in a craftsman like manner and to the
specification, and satisfaction of the customer and Tecta America.
Ensures all tools and materials needed for repairs are on truck prior to
leaving the Shop.
Takes before and after photos of all repairs. Fills out paperwork properly and
accurately.
Ensures timesheet for themselves and their assistant technicians are filled
out accurately and turned in daily.
Performs any other duty or task assigned by the Service Superintendent,
Service Manager and/or Operating Unit President.
Requirements
2+ years Commercial Roofing Experience is Ideal
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Bilingual a PLUS!
Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Starting Wage: $20.00/hour+ (Depending on Experience)
