DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, and
implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare
regulatory landscape.
As a Senior Analyst supporting the Hospital Services and Home Dialysis
teams, you will be responsible for designing and improving processes,
creating efficiencies, establishing reporting / dashboards, providing
analysis, and managing the integrity and quality of our Hospital Services
and Home Dialysis data to provide risk mitigating insights and solutions.
The Senior Analyst will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and
then project manage, design, develop, and implement solutions to improve
Hospital Services and Home Dialysis compliance processes. Requires ability to
develop relationships with stakeholders, lead cross-functional work with
other teams, and manage stakeholder dependencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from key stakeholders, design, develop, and deliver
solutions (reporting, dashboards, process, analysis, etc.) to
support business needs, create efficiencies, and resolve problems
Manage projects to deliver desired outcomes while keeping open communication
and clear timelines with stakeholders
Serve as a collaborative thought partner for the business in leveraging
available tools, data, and observed best practices
Analyze strengths and opportunities in the compliance hospital services and
home dialysis space
Manage Hospital Services and Home Dialysis compliance data: data profiling
and mapping documentation, data integrity and system controls, and root
cause analysis of inconsistencies or issues
Continuously learn and grow in development abilities to utilize full tool
stackto deliver compliance risk mitigating insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - STEM or Business preferred
2+ year experience as a business analyst or project manager, working with
stakeholders and independently managing projects
1+ year experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages
(or equivalent education / certification)
1+ year experience developing with Tableau or other Business Intelligence
tools (or equivalent education / certification)
Healthcare industry experience preferred - with Health System, Payor, or
Provider; knowledge of industry dynamics (e.g., regulatory
environment, costs, reimbursement)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
required
Ability to audit data to verify accuracy and identify errors with a high
attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly
Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion
and judgment

Salary/ Wage Range$62,200.00-$87,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a
candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may
