Facilitate program level planning including estimation and creation of sprint (iteration) schedule; facilitate planning readiness through the preparation of planning materials (Vision, Roadmap, Backlogs,) and event scheduling
Facilitate cross team capacity planning and management
Facilitate key ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, program level retrospectives, release reviews, Steer Cos, working groups and other program level meetings with both technology and business stakeholders
Establish and communicate quarterly and annual calendars for release iterations and program level planning events
Coordinate activities and enable collaboration across all impacted teams/areas
Broadly communicate release commitments post planning sessions
Reporting, Metrics and Overall Transparency
Combine metrics from Teams to a Program level reporting view
Track and report on progress of epic, feature, costs and benefits; understand and operate within the program budget
Identify internal and external dependencies that impact work; manage program level risks and dependencies across teams; provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks; escalate and remove impediments
Report planning results and epic status to senior management, business owners, epic owners, product owners and other stakeholders
Create, maintain, and report high-level program/project and project management maturity, standard processes and tools
Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments and functions to ensure strategy and execution alignment and collaboration
Establish effective communication channels and mechanisms to facilitate information sharing, collaboration, and alignment across departments
Facilitate alignment sessions and workshops to clarify roles, responsibilities, expectations, and interdependencies among departments
Address and resolve conflicts or discrepancies between departments, promoting a spirit of cooperation, mutual understanding, and shared goals
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, evaluating alignment efforts, and making adjustments as needed to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and alignment
Support cross application/department/function release planning, coordination and alignment
Keep teams aligned on vision, direction and scope as set by the Program team
Ensure Agile and Project Management governance standards, best practices and required reviews are met
Create and maintain an action-oriented atmosphere in which team members have clarity on their objectives, are supportive of shared success, and challenge and motivate themselves and their teammates

Must have skills
Proven RTE and/or SCRUM Master related experience using SAFe Agile delivery frameworks
Strong Business Program or portfolio management experience
Demonstrated hands on leadership of large-scale process development/improvement initiatives
Proven experience with and understanding of concepts of Organizational Change Management
Power User of Jira
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Comprehensive understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
Takes ownership of change initiatives from conception to implementation, demonstrating a proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to driving progress, overcoming obstacles, and delivery

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be open through May 31, 2024,

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
