Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Planning, implementing and documenting transfer pricing policies
Intangible property analyses
Transfer pricing controversy and audit defense
Managing TP team operational and strategic direction
Developing business and managing client relationships
Authoring and presenting technical topics and training
The qualifications.
5+ years of transfer pricing experience including documentation,
research, and planning of transfer pricing models for tangibles,
intangibles and services across industries
One of the following preferred:
Master's (in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative
Analysis, International Business)
Law degree
CPA, CFA designation, or Business Valuation Certification
Public accounting experience preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements.
Strong project management, business writing, technology, and financial
analytic skills
Client service mindset, committed to deadlines and supporting a team
Some travel throughout the country, with approximately 5-10 percent
overnight travel
Japanese language skills required
Position may be filled as a Senior or Manager based on applicable experience
