With our continued growth, we are looking for a Underground Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Denver, CO area.
Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects
Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction. Both aerial and underground construction
Keep safety as your #1 priority for each of your team members: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities
Build and maintain positive relationships with utilities, developers, permitting agencies and government officials as needed
Handle customer and contractor problems related to construction
Work in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, elevated, tight spaces etc.
Maintain open communications with other departments
Other duties as assigned
2+ years of relevant equipment field operations and maintenance experience with horizontal directional drilling equipment required
Previous leadership experience desirable
Valid driver’s license w/ Class A - CDL endorsement required
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Prior telecom construction industry experience; Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
Ability to travel in region and occasionally to other areas, open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed
Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. Safety is our #1 Priority. If personal safety is not compromised, an accommodation may be available based on previous ladder experience in a similar role.
