Job Description:As a warehouse materials handler, this role will be
responsible for working internally with our clinical customers and fulfilling
clinical supplies.
Establish, inventory and replenish adequate supply levels, including
exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary
departments.
Documents all supply replenishment performed enter issues/ credits,
patient care equipment and charges.
Processes patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities
Monitors, rotates, removes and documents all outdated and overstocked
supplies, checking for any damage to items.
Enters supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis
inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and
ancillary departments.
Verifies inventory and control levels for all nursing and schedules ancillary
departments.
Physically stocks, and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and
ancillary departments.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides
by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency
and qualifications) based on business need.
May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate
