Job Title: Design Engineer
Job Description
Partner with structural engineers to design and model products for customers. Create blueprints and bill of materials (BOM) for offsite manufacturing. Work with subcontractors and contractors on installation expectations. Collaborate with team on project deadlines.

Essential Skills
Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Drafting, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo, and ProE.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 6 months of experience with 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Inventor, or Creo).

Work Environment
Small office with 15 employees, looking to add 2-3 more design engineers. Designers will work closely with engineers and other drafters. The environment is laid-back, flexible, and family-oriented with no corporate feel. Weekly and monthly incentives are available for earning bonuses. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
